“Where quality meets affordability”
The main objective in creating these metal fabrication tools is to bring a product that is bare bones, with an artist touch. I believe that by keeping the tools simple you can use less material. That way the cost of building the tool is lower and more accessible to builders on a budget, or just starting out in metal fab. I am an artist and a metal fabricator, so a creative tool will spark inspiration.
The above video shows the planishing hammer that I built, with inspiration from my life long fascination with bridges.
The video above is a compilation video that shows a portion of the process on making a custom copper fender. This fender was completed and mounted on my 2015 Harley Breakout.
Video above is a time lapse of the stretcher/ shrinker stand that I built. The frame is rigid and contains two wheels for portability.
The above video is my table top power hammer build. This specific tool was made because I could not find an affordable power hammer on the market. The great power hammers on the market were starting at around 20k , they were really heavy and mostly 3 phase so they weren’t gonna work for me. I built this one with a rotary hammer and shaped my own dies. It shapes well on 16 gauge steel and copper so I am happy with the tool.
Video above is my table top English wheel. This tool was made so that I could mount it to a table. Its lightweight and I designed it to look like my logo.
Below is a video of a handmade louver press that I built. It is powered by a trailer jack.
